What areas do we cover? 

We cover the whole of London, any postcode within the M25. 

 

What services do we offer? 

At Agency Clean we provide all of the following services.

Are Agency Clean Insured?

Yes, all our staff are covered by our Public liability insurance.  

 

Do I have to sign a minimum term contract? 

We don’t tie you up into minimum term contracts for using our service just a fixed hourly fee.

 

Are there any agency fees or any other charges, on top of your hourly rate?

No there are no hidden costs, we charge a fixed hourly fee per a person, per a property. 

 

What guarantee do you give?

We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with our work, we will continue to clean until you are happy with the job. We can also arrange to come back and redo the cleaning FREE of charge. As long as you report your problem to us, within 24 hours we will do whatever it takes to get the problem resolved.

 

How do you ensure you ensure your cleaners are reliable and honest? 

We carry out thorough reference checks, we also have an extensive training program to make out our quality standards are being met.

 

Will I have the same cleaner if I require regular cleaning?

You will have the same cleaner each time, who will be looking after your home every visit. we will not replace your cleaner unless this is a request made by yourself. The only time we will send a replacement is if your regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday. However, we will inform you well in advance.

 

Can the cleaner come when I am at work?

Yes, you can issue a set of keys to us, this way you don’t have to wait for the cleaner at home.

 

If my cleaner is on holiday, will you provide a replacement? 

Yes, we guarantee you a replacement, also we will inform you in advance.

 

Can I have a regular clean once a month?

Yes, however, we can’t guarantee the same cleaner each month.

 

Is there a minimum number of hours per a cleaning visit?

Yes, the minimum requirement is 3 hours, per a visit.

 

I am moving house, can I still keep the same cleaner.

We will do our best to provide you with the same cleaner. This is dependent on the area you are relocating too.

 

Do I still have to pay when I am away for a couple of weeks?

No, only when you use our service.

 

Do you work on public and bank holidays?

Yes, we do, also there is no additional charge for this.

 

Are there any extra charges like transport, holiday?

No, we don’t charge for transport, holiday pay etc. we only charge you for the service that you use.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal , Cash or BACS.
